There are various types of valves in hydraulic systems, which can be mainly divided into three categories based on their functions: directional valves, pressure control valves, and flow control valves.
1.Directional valve: a "navigator" that controls the direction of hydraulic oil flow
The main function of a directional valve is to control the flow direction of hydraulic oil, thereby determining which actuator, such as a hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor, the oil enters. When the system needs to switch between different working states, the directional valve can effectively change the direction of the oil circuit, achieving rapid response of the actuator.
Common types: electromagnetic directional valve, manual directional valve, electro-hydraulic directional valve.
Application scenarios: Directional valves are widely used in various industrial equipment, such as excavators, hydraulic presses, and injection molding machines. It achieves the start stop and direction switching of equipment actions by switching the oil flow direction. Working principle: Taking the electromagnetic directional valve as an example, the valve core is driven to move by energizing or de energizing the electromagnetic coil, changing the path of oil flow and controlling the action of the actuator.
