2.Pressure control valve: The "safety guard" of hydraulic systems.

Pressure control valves are used to regulate and control the pressure in hydraulic systems, ensuring that the entire system operates safely within the set pressure range and preventing system failures caused by overpressure or underpressure. The function of this type of valve is similar to that of an airbag in a car. When the pressure exceeds the set value, it automatically releases the pressure to prevent system damage.

Common types: overflow valve, pressure reducing valve, sequence valve, pressure relay.

Application scenario: Pressure control valves are commonly used for safety protection of hydraulic equipment, such as hydraulic lifting platforms, injection molding machines, hydraulic scissor carts, etc. In high-voltage operations, it can effectively prevent system overload or overvoltage.
Working principle: Taking the overflow valve as an example, when the system pressure exceeds the set value, the valve core opens, allowing excess hydraulic oil to flow back to the oil tank, thereby reducing the system pressure.
