一, Installation


1. The pump spindle and power spindle can be connected through an elastic coupling to prevent misalignment. The coaxiality of the transition connection between the host and the pump drive shaft shall not exceed Φ 0.05.

 

1) There may be the following installation locations (see Figure 1). The pump casing must always be filled with oil

① The pump is above the fuel tank (above the minimum liquid level). Generally, it is required that the installation position of the pump and the upper edge of the housing be lower than the lowest liquid level of the fuel tank. If the installation needs to be above the oil level, please specify it when placing the order.
② The pump is located next to or below the fuel tank (below the minimum liquid level) or the upper edge of the component housing is aligned with the minimum liquid level.
③ The pump is located in the fuel tank (below the minimum liquid level). When the component is installed in the fuel tank, if the component is above the minimum liquid level, use ①.

 

2) Installation position: During debugging, oil must be injected into the pump housing and filled during operation. In order to reduce the operating noise level, all connecting pipelines (oil suction, pressure, and tank drain pipelines) must be separated from the fuel tank using flexible components. It is necessary to avoid using one-way valves in the oil leakage pipeline of the box. The oil leakage pipeline of the box must be directly connected back to the oil tank without any change in pipeline size. There may be abnormal situations, please consult us in a timely manner.
