The vane pump is a pump in which the vanes in the rotor groove are in contact with the pump casing (stator ring), and the sucked liquid is pressed from the oil inlet side to the oil discharge side.
Historically, there are two types of vane pumps according to the type:
1. Specifically refers to the sliding vane pump among positive displacement pumps.
2. Refers to the three pumps (centrifugal pump, mixed flow pump, axial flow pump) of the dynamic pump or other special pumps. This type of pump product is generally not called a vane pump. But as a monograph, vane pumps almost all refer to centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps, axial flow pumps, etc.
According to whether the theoretical displacement per revolution is a fixed value or a variable value, it can be divided into a vane variable pump and a vane quantitative pump.
