This pump design provides high operating efficiency

The sliding vane design of vane pump is very common in the LPG industry because it can maintain high working efficiency during the service life of the pump. The special feature of vane pump is that it can handle a small amount of bubbles formed during liquid extraction, and the blades can adjust themselves according to wear. These design features enable the pump to maintain high efficiency during its service life.

Long service life and easy maintenance

The casing and rotor of this pump are made of nodular cast iron with high strength. All models have detachable pump casing bushings. Worn bushings and blades can be replaced within minutes. Some models also have two-way side plates, doubling the service life of the pump. The seal maintenance is easy. The bearing and seal ring can be removed as long as the bolts are removed.

purpose

This pump is mainly used for loading and unloading of bottle filling, oil tank truck and other transport tank trucks. Some vane pumps are equipped with an internal pressure reducing valve to enhance pump protection. This valve transmits the pressure in the pump back to the suction head. To comply with NFPA and UL regulations, all pumps must be equipped with an external bypass valve.

Disfigurement

Vane pumps are positive displacement pumps. The pump produces a * large differential pressure of 125psig (8.6bar g). Corken company produces five sizes of vane pumps, with specifications ranging from 1gpm to 350gpm (0.2-79.5m3/hr). All products have the option of V-belt and direct drive installation.
