Standard hydraulic transmission system components
(1) power element, that is, the hydraulic pump, its function is to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into liquid pressure kinetic energy (manifested as pressure, flow), its role is to provide pressure oil for the hydraulic system, is the power source of the system.
(2) implementation elements, refers to hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors, its function is to convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and external work, hydraulic cylinders can drive the work mechanism to achieve reciprocating linear motion (or swing), hydraulic motors can complete the rotary motion.
(3) control elements, refers to a variety of valves using these elements can control and regulate the hydraulic system in the liquid pressure, flow and direction, etc., in order to ensure that the implementation of the elements in accordance with the requirements of the people expected to work.
(4) auxiliary components, including tanks, filters, piping and fittings, coolers, pressure gauges and so on. Their role is to provide the necessary conditions for the system to work properly and facilitate monitoring and control.
(5) the working medium, that is, the transmission fluid, usually called hydraulic oil. Hydraulic system is through the working medium to realize the movement and power transmission, in addition to the hydraulic fluid can also be mutually moving parts of the hydraulic components lubrication.
