5, the pressure of the hydraulic pump can only be adjusted from low pressure to high pressure, and vice versa is not accurate.
6, debugging wrench and hydraulic pump station can not be high-pressure debugging (pressure should be under 2200PSI)
7, each time after work need to release the regulator in time.
8, hydraulic oil pipe is strictly prohibited in the ground to pull and drag, is strictly prohibited to bend, in the process of use is strictly prohibited activities oil pipe can not coil and rotate the rotating assembly.
When the hydraulic wrench pump is malfunctioning, it is important to find the cause of the malfunction and then make improvements:
Check the internal leakage of the movable arm cylinder: the easiest way is to raise the movable arm to see if it has obvious free fall. If the drop is obvious then disassemble the cylinder and check it, the seals should be replaced if wear has been found.
Check the maneuvering valve. First clean the safety valve and check the spool for wear, if it is worn replace it. If there is no change in the safety valve after installation, then check the maneuvering valve spool for wear.
Measure the pressure of the hydraulic pump. If the pressure is low, then adjust, add pressure still can not be adjusted, then the hydraulic pump is seriously worn.
