I. Overhaul
If the Rexroth vane pump suddenly breaks down during operation or running, simple maintenance methods should be taken to make it run or run reliably. The connecting rod bearing is damaged and needs to be replaced. If it is not available for a while, but the counter needs to work, it can be replenished with solder first, so that it can work for a short time.
II. plug the leak
Rexroth vane pump will produce oil, water and gas leakage due to its service life or its own operation. Emergency leakage plugging and timely shutdown can prevent further damage. Once this happens, it can be repaired with epoxy resin glue, or it can be smeared with soap for emergency blocking. If there is a perforation, treat it with a wooden plug and tie it off with wire or string if necessary. If a loose pipe fitting causes an oil leak, wrap the threads 3-5 times with raw tape and tighten. Contact maintenance personnel for timely repair. In daily life, some small pump parts such as screws, oil seals and seals should be available in the market. If oil leaks, it can be repaired in time.
III.disassembly
Under the premise of not affecting the operation of the vane pump, temporarily unused and damaged parts can be disassembled, and some parts can still be used in emergencies after simple disassembly and repair. For example, the pump bearing wear uneven, grinding can continue to use.
IV. short circuit
If the pump's hydraulic system or a part of the control circuit is damaged, it can neither be repaired nor replaced with spare parts. If the conditions of use allow, you can consider them short-circuit connection for emergency use. However, they cannot be used for a long period of time because the heat generation of the circuit tends to increase after short-circuiting the connection and may burn other circuit components. When conditions permit, damaged components must be replaced immediately to prevent new failures. Intransitive verbs
V. Supplementary
When the oil tube of the Rexroth vane pump is ruptured, it can be connected with a plastic hose for temporary use if there is no spare tube to replace.
VI. Suspension of use
When the Rexroth vane pump is running, if the circuit or hydraulic system is damaged, the damaged part can be disconnected and not used temporarily. If the wires of the engine starting system somewhere are grounded and discharged and cannot be eliminated for a while, the positive pole can be suspended and disconnected, and only the ignition system can be supplied with power to provide first aid. If one of the several parallel branch circuits of the hydraulic system fails, its inlet pipe can be removed and sealed with a plug so that the other branch circuits can continue to work and be repaired promptly after the work is completed.
VII.Replacement
When a part of the vane pump is damaged and can not work, it can be replaced with other parts on the vehicle that do not affect the work temporarily or with parts made of local materials. However, this kind of maintenance makes the performance of construction machinery to recover poorly, usually only used in no-load operation.
