9, pay attention to the piping part of the leakage

Whether the hydraulic device piping is good or not can be seen after running for a period of time, check whether there is oil leakage and whether the piping is loose.

10, the new machine should pay attention to the operating conditions within three months of operation

11,Causes of mechanical losses

①. Hydraulic pump work, the relative moving parts, such as bearings and shafts, shafts and seals between the vane and the inner wall of the pump body between the mechanical friction, resulting in frictional resistance loss. This loss is related to the output pressure of the hydraulic pump, the higher the output pressure, the greater the frictional resistance loss.

②. Fluid flow in the pump, due to the viscosity of the liquid and viscous resistance, will also cause mechanical losses. This loss is related to the viscosity of the fluid, the pump speed, the more viscous the fluid, the higher the speed of the pump, the greater the mechanical loss.

For these reasons, the actual input power of the pump is greater than the theoretical power required. Theoretical input power of the hydraulic pump and the actual input power ratio is called mechanical efficiency, which indicates the degree of power loss. Hydraulic pump output power and input power ratio is called the total efficiency of the hydraulic pump.

12. Causes of volume loss

①. The lower the viscosity of the hydraulic fluid, the higher the pressure, the greater the leakage.
