Common Failures of Hydraulic Pumps:
1. Danielson hydraulic pump steering error
2. The level of the oil tank is too low.
3. Suction line or filter is blocked.
4. The rotation speed of Denison hydraulic pump is too slow.
5. Oil viscosity is too high
6. The end surface of the oil distribution disk is worn out.
7. Poor contact between the vane and the inner surface of the stator.
8. Vane is stuck in the vane groove or motion is not sensitive.
9. Loose connection screws
10. Failure of relief valve
