Later in May 2001, Danfoss expanded its hydraulic business by integrating Sundstrand (USA), Sauer (Germany) and Danfoss (Denmark) to form Sauer-Danfoss, and then in 2013 Danfoss took full control of Sauer-Danfoss. Currently, Danfoss has basically erased the Sauer and Sundstrand logos, and the Danfoss hydraulics business is getting stronger and stronger, especially in travel hydraulics and automation.
In China, Sauer-Danfoss entered into a business partnership with Daikin Japan in September 2001, establishing two companies, manufacturing and sales. One of the sales companies, in addition to conducting sales in Japan, also conducts marketing in China, Singapore, and Australia. That's why some would call it Sauer-Danfoss-Daikin.
On January 22, 2020, Danfoss acquired another Eton hydraulics business, see "2020 Hydraulics Industry's First M&A: Danfoss' $3.3 Billion Acquisition of Eton's Hydraulics Business" Completion of this acquisition will see Danfoss squeezing into the queue of hydraulics.

Danfoss is very well known in the field of traveling hydraulics and automation control, after the acquisition of Eaton, the business will also be more extensive, I believe that later in the construction machinery and industrial field will see more Danfoss figure.
