3. Differences in working hours

Another difference between mobile hydraulic and industrial hydraulic is their working time. In this regard, industrial hydraulic is a big model worker, and its work is often superior to mobile hydraulic.

A medium-sized excavator typically works 8 to 12 hours a day, and high-intensity work hours do not last long. The excavator may perform earthwork excavation and handling work during the day, and equipment maintenance and rest at night. Because it ultimately requires people to operate, and people need to rest. Occasionally working overtime is fine, but 'chosen workers' do not work day and night every day.

An injection molding machine typically operates continuously in a factory, 24 hours a day, year-round. This is because the production demand for plastic products is usually continuous, and in order to meet market demand and improve production efficiency, injection molding machines need to work continuously. The injection molding machine may operate continuously for several months or even more than a year, and will only shut down when the equipment undergoes major repairs or upgrades. So injection molding machines are usually combined with automated production lines to achieve unmanned operation. This requires the equipment to operate stably for a long time to ensure production continuity, and due to the need for long-term continuous operation, the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine must have extremely high reliability. This requires the use of high-quality hydraulic components and advanced control technology to ensure that the equipment will not malfunction during long-term operation.

Of course, there are still many differences between mobile hydraulic systems and industrial hydraulic systems. With the continuous advancement of technology, the design trends of mobile and industrial hydraulic systems will continue to develop independently but in parallel. In the field of mobile applications, power density will continue to rise while prioritizing efficiency and improving productivity. In the field of industrial applications, high safety, high reliability, and quiet efficiency are always pursued.
