2. Installation of hydraulic components.

When installing, follow these steps: start from the bottom to the top, do the main parts first, then the smaller ones, work from the inside out, handle the harder tasks before the easier ones, and focus on precise parts before general ones. Remember these key points:

(1) The connecting shaft between the hydraulic pump and motor needs to be aligned properly. Typically, the offset should be less than 0.1 mm, and the angle between the two shafts should be under 1°. Make sure the base is sturdy enough and that everything is securely connected to avoid any vibrations.

(2) When installing the pump and valves, pay attention to the position of the oil ports and match them according to the markings. Make sure the connections are tight and sealed to prevent any oil or air leaks. This is especially important for plate components-check that the sealing rings at the inlet and outlet aren't missing, falling off, or out of place.

(3) Before installation, check that each valve and pump moves freely without any sticking or sluggishness. Issues like sticking often come from poor storage, dust, rust, or incorrect adjustments, and can usually be fixed by cleaning, grinding, or adjusting.

(4) The centerline of the hydraulic cylinder should be parallel to the installation base or the guide rails of the moving parts as required.
