1. Displacement V is the most important characteristic data of hydraulic pumps, which indicates the size of the pump and the amount of oil delivered per rotation. For plunger hydraulic pumps, the displacement is equal to the stroke volume A*h. For variable pumps and variable motors, the size of the displacement will change.

 

2. The following concepts need to be distinguished for working pressure: - Maximum sustained pressure p1 - Maximum intermittent pressure p2 - Peak pressure p3 For the maximum intermittent pressure p2, it is necessary to specify whether it is an absolute or relative load cycle. When the working pressure is close to the peak pressure p3, the running time must not be too long - the typical length is the response time of the overflow valve.
