The severe shaking of hydraulic pumps is usually a clear signal of abnormalities in the hydraulic system. This unusual phenomenon not only significantly affects the overall performance of the hydraulic system, but may also cause serious damage to hydraulic components, leading to the stagnation of the entire production equipment and high maintenance costs. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand and quickly address the causes of severe shaking in hydraulic pumps.

1.Air getting into the system is a common cause of hydraulic pump vibration. When air mixes with the hydraulic oil, it can cause problems. For example, it makes the oil less stable, which can lead to cavitation. This can make the pump shake while it's running. Cavitation can reduce the pump's efficiency and even damage its parts, causing the system to be unstable.

2.Running the pump too fast is another cause of vibration. If the pump runs faster than it's meant to, the oil intake can't keep up with how fast the pump is pushing the oil out. This causes pressure changes inside the pump, which leads to shaking. It's important to set the pump's speed correctly. Running it too fast can wear out parts quickly and affect the whole system's performance.
