1. Before starting, it is necessary to carry out inspection work
2.When starting the hydraulic pump, it should be jog several times first. After the oil flow direction and sound are normal, run it under low pressure for 5-10 minutes, and then put it into normal operation. The plunger pump requires high cleanliness of the oil, and before starting, it must be filled with clean oil through the leakage port on the casing.
3. The viscosity of oil varies with temperature, and as the oil temperature increases, the viscosity decreases. The oil temperature should be kept below 60 ° C. In order to ensure stable operation of hydraulic pumps at different working temperatures, it is necessary to choose hydraulic oil with low viscosity affected by temperature changes and good chemical stability.
4.The maximum pressure and maximum speed of a hydraulic pump refer to the peak values allowed for a short period of time during use. Long term use should be avoided as it may affect the lifespan of the hydraulic pump.
5.The normal working oil temperature of a hydraulic pump is 15-65 ° C, and the highest temperature on the pump casing is generally 10-20 ° C higher than the oil temperature at the pump inlet in the oil tank. When the oil temperature in the oil tank reaches 65 ° C, the highest temperature on the pump casing does not exceed 75-85 ° C.
