The D663 series MOOG hydraulic servo valves can measure the flow of hydraulic oil based on input electrical signals or commands, allowing for precise control of the position, speed, pressure, or force of a specific machine or equipment (usually through a piston or plunger). Servo valves are classified into three types: single-stage, two-stage, or three-stage. A hydraulic servo valve consists of a pilot stage, feedback mechanism, and main stage.
Features of the valve:
Use a dry torque motor and a two-stage hydraulic amplifier structure
The pilot stage is a low-friction dual-nozzle flapper valve
High driving force on the valve spool
Mounting dimensions comply with ISO4401 standards (except for external control ports)
Robust and long-lasting design
High resolution and low hysteresis
All settings are fully adjusted at the factory
Optional fifth oil port available for separate control of the pilot valve
Disc-type filter for the pilot valve can be replaced on-site
