4, Electric proportional displacement variable displacement pump system
Electric proportional displacement pumps actively control the displacement of variable displacement pumps through electrical signals, thereby regulating the flow output of the pump. If the electrical signal remains unchanged, it can be seen as a quantitative pump mode. Therefore, for system designers, it is necessary to actively adjust the control current to regulate the flow rate according to the actual working conditions and load flow requirements, in order to achieve good energy efficiency performance.

Although various pump control methods have their own characteristics, they cannot be used independently. The same pump can integrate multiple methods, such as load sensitivity+constant pressure variable, electric proportional displacement+constant pressure variable, electric proportional displacement+load sensitivity, etc. Therefore, designers need to make the best match according to the actual needs of the system to achieve the best system performance.
