The assembled hydraulic system is cleaned by circulation method. Hydraulic system tanks and hydraulic pumps can be used according to the specific circumstances, access to high-precision oil filter with a large dirt capacity, but also can be used for special cleaning devices.

Cleaning device consists of hydraulic pumps, tanks, heaters and oil filters and other components. The oil filter of the cleaning device is required to have high enough filtration precision (3-5μm absolute precision) and dirt-holding capacity. Double-cartridge high-capacity oil filters can be used in large systems to replace filter elements without interrupting the cleaning work.

For complex systems they can be divided into several parts or circuits and cleaned separately. For parts that are sensitive to contamination or have a limited velocity to the liquid flow, these parts should be disconnected from the circuit during the cleaning process and the circuit connected by a bypass.

System cleaning is generally done with low viscosity fluids and at the highest possible fluid flow rate in order to maintain sufficient turbulence within the system circuits.

Cleaning to a certain extent, the disconnected components connected to the system, continue to cycle cleaning, until the system oil to meet the specified requirements.
