一.The oil pump starts and quickly reaches high pressure (hits the cut-off pressure) without any other action.

1.Check the X port for any strange pressure. Find out where it's coming from and release the pressure.

2.The LS valve might be tightened too much. Just loosen it.

3.The LS valve might be stuck in the closed position. Take it apart and clean it. Usually, it won't be stuck too badly-just tap it lightly. If it's stuck really tight, don't force it. You can soak it in diesel before trying to take it apart.

4The oil pump's minimum flow might be too high. Turn the screw for the minimum flow adjustment to lower it.

二. Operating System – The oil pump has no pressure or only standby pressure.

1.Check the motor's rotation direction and the oil tank's fluid level.

2.Check the pressure at the X port on the oil pump to see if there's no feedback pressure.

3.The LS valve might be stuck in the fully open position or too loose.

4.The DR valve (pressure cut-off valve) could be stuck in the fully open position or misadjusted-clean and adjust it.The oil pump might be damaged.
