4.Directional valves spool shift

Usually, directional valves make a soft "click" sound in quiet machines. If you hear the valve moving, there's likely a problem.

If the pilot throttle on a two-stage directional valve is set wrong, it might make a banging noise when it shifts. The spool can get damaged easily, and that sudden movement can shake the whole machine. This can hurt weak spots in the system. You should adjust the pilot throttle to help the spool move smoothly and make the parts last longer.

5.Cylinders binding or slipping

The cylinder should move quietly. If it makes noise, it might be stuck or slipping. A bent rod can wear out the seals, and slipping can cause dirt to spread to other parts. You should check noisy cylinders as soon as possible.
