Safety information
- Pump A4VSO is designed to operate in open circuit.
- System design, installation and commissioning must be carried out by trained technicians and dealers.
- All hydraulic ports can only be used to secure hydraulic service lines.
- Tightening torque:
· All tightening torques listed in this sample are maximum values and cannot be exceeded (maximum values for internal threads in the casting). Please follow the information provided by the manufacturer regarding the maximum allowable tightening torque of the parts used.
· For fastening screws that comply with DIN 13, it is recommended to check the allowable fastening torque in all cases in accordance with VDI 2230 (2003).
The housing, especially the coil, may be particularly hot during or shortly after the pump is running. Please take appropriate safety measures (e.g. wear protective clothing).

Installation precautions
Installation position:
Optional. During commissioning, oil must be injected into the pump housing, and it must be filled up during operation.
To reduce operating noise levels, all connecting lines (oil suction, pressure and tank drain lines) must be separated from the tank using flexible elements.
The use of check valves in the box drain line must be avoided.
The tank drain line must be connected directly back to the tank without any change in line size. There may be abnormal circumstances, please contact us in time.
It can be installed vertically and horizontally.
