The Voith IPS Internal Gear Pump is designed with radial and axial sealing gap compensation, ensuring reliable performance in various hydraulic systems. With mounting options including SAE hole flange and ISO 3019/1, it offers flexibility for installation.
The pump is suitable for use with HLP mineral oils DIN 51524, part 2 or 3, with a viscosity range of 10 to 300 mm²s-1 (cSt) up to 1800 min-1 and 10 to 100 mm²s-1 (cSt) at maximum speed.
It operates at input pressures ranging from 0.8 to 3 bar absolute pressure, with a permissible start viscosity of max. 2000 mm²s-1 (cSt) and a temperature range of -20 to +80 °C for the pressure fluid. The pump requires a filtration quotient min. β20 ≥ 75 and recommended β10 ≥ 100 for longer life.
