What is the maximum pressure a high pressure gear pump can handle?
Most industrial high pressure gear pumps are designed for continuous working pressure between 160–300 bar, while peak pressure can reach up to around 320 bar depending on the brand and model. Running above rated pressure will significantly reduce service life.
